At Offduty India, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Initiate Request
Log into our returns portal using your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check
Our courier partner will pick up the package within 48 hours; please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging.
Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a mandatory quality inspection to ensure it meets our return standards.
Refund or Replacement
After approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement order will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
